Product Access

The BriefBrief offers multiple access levels, from news consumption to enterprise intelligence infrastructure. Access is determined by account configuration.

Account access is managed at thebriefbrief.news.

Different accounts have access to different sections of the platform based on their account permissions. Contact support@thebriefbrief.news for questions about your account access.

Intelligence & Enterprise Access (Contact Us)

MI Pages and SaaS deployments are not offered via self-service.

These capabilities are designed for analysts, intelligence teams, government agencies, and organizations requiring sovereign deployment or analytical tooling.

Using The BriefBrief iOS App

Important: Google Sign-In Users

If you created your account using "Sign in with Google" on the website, you'll need to set a password before you can use the iOS app.

To set a password:

  1. Go to thebriefbrief.news and sign in with Google
  2. Navigate to your profile settings
  3. Create a password for your account
  4. Use that email/password combination in the app

This is a temporary limitation while we complete native OAuth integration in the iOS app.

Account Support

Account Deletion

To request deletion of your BriefBrief account:

  1. Email support@thebriefbrief.news
  2. Use subject line: "Delete Account"
  3. Include your registered email address

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request.

Note: Enterprise and MI Pages accounts should contact their account representative for data retention and deletion procedures.
