Ensure biometrics (Face ID/fingerprint) are enabled in your device settings.
You can always log in using email and password as a fallback.

App returns to login unexpectedly
This may occur due to session timeout after inactivity.
Simply sign in again.

Layout issues after rotating your device
Close and reopen the app.
If the problem continues, please send us a screenshot.

Email us with your account email for help with trials, upgrades, or billing questions.

Account Deletion for The Brief Brief App
To request deletion of your The Brief Brief account:
- Email support@thebriefbrief.news
- Use subject line: "Delete Account"
- Include your registered email address
What gets deleted:
- Your account credentials and profile information
- Your subscription preferences
- Your reading history and app activity
What we retain:
- Payment records (required by law for 7 years)
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request.
