Summary: Attacks on ports and shipping have shut down more than 97% of Russia and Ukraine’s grain export capacity in the Azov and Black Sea basin. There are currently no shipments from Ukraine’s Black Sea terminals, while Russia’s only officially not shut terminal is a small facility in Tuapse with about 160,000 tonnes per month.
