Summary: A water main break in Westlake was reported around 3:30 a.m. Thursday, flooding parts of Beverly Boulevard and nearby streets and leaving about a dozen customers without water for the day. LADWP crews shut off flow at Beverly and Occidental, dug into the street, and kept working as the area remained closed.
