Summary: A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 40 eastbound near the 360-mile marker at Buttermilk Road shut down all eastbound lanes Thursday evening around 6 p.m. Emergency crews treated patients ejected onto the roadway; two people were seriously injured and taken to UT Medical Center, including one airlifted by Lifestar.
