A fire broke out on Tuesday at a gas chemical complex under construction in Russia’s Far East, killing one Chinese contractor worker. At least 19 people were treated in hospital and more than 100 others were injured. Work continued to extinguish the blaze and specialists carried out a controlled burn of remaining industrial gases.
