U.S. Marshals said Zymire Hughes, 22, was arrested around 8 p.m. Tuesday in Las Vegas and is being held in the Clark County Detention Center pending extradition to Philadelphia. He was accused of chasing and threatening at least six people near Philadelphia City Hall on Aug. 12 while wearing a Chucky-style mask.
