Family seeks help after Hongkonger held post-sentence

The family of Hong Kong man Tang Lung-wai says he has remained in custody in the Philippines even after a court there ruled he had finished serving his 40-year sentence. Tang was arrested in July 2000 for methamphetamine possession and later convicted in 2011.
