72-year-old South Korean man arrested for 26-year visa overstay

Shizuoka Prefectural Police arrested a 72-year-old South Korean man in Yaizu, Shizuoka, after a June tip. Police said he entered Japan in September 1993 on a 15-day tourist visa using his brother’s passport and appears to have remained since then.
