Summary: The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu left the roadway on I-81 north at the 47-mile marker in Greene County on Aug. 13, struck two trees, and came to rest in the median. Troopers later identified the fleeing driver as 22-year-old Pedro Toxcox and charged him with leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.
