A 62-year-old woman critically injured when her Ford Puma collided with an Audi A3 involved in a police pursuit has died. The crash occurred on the A439 Warwick Road near Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire on Monday, and the 19-year-old Audi driver died at the scene. The IOPC has started an investigation.
