Summary: American Rheinmetall and General Dynamics Land Systems have delivered the first prototypes of their competing XM30 Mechanized Infantry Combat Vehicle designs to the U.S. Army. The Lynx-based prototype is being delivered for testing, while GDLS says its Wolf prototype arrived at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. The designs will be tested alongside early M1E3 Abrams prototypes in spring.
