Summary: A solo-vehicle crash in Pacoima left one person dead and three others injured after a car went off the westbound Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway and struck a tree. The California Highway Patrol received the report at 8:18 p.m. Saturday near the San Fernando Road off-ramp; one victim was pronounced dead, one taken to the hospital in serious condition, and two in fair condition.
