South Africa’s Department of International Relations and Cooperation (Dirco) has submitted a new dossier to the ICJ’s committee monitoring Israel’s compliance with provisional measures. The ICJ previously issued three binding provisional orders over a “real and imminent risk” of irreparable harm to Palestinians in Gaza.
