Summary: High tides tied to Tropical Storm Marie red-tagged homes along the Southern California coast. In Dana Point, six homes were red-tagged and about five were yellow-tagged, with workers trying to armor the shoreline. In Malibu, a sinkhole formed on Sea Level Drive; five homes were red-tagged and roughly 30 homes were evacuated to Malibu High School.
