Summary: Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers arrested Bobby Lee Littleton, 46, of Somerset, Ky., at noon for driving with a license suspended, cancelled, or revoked. About an hour later at I-75 Mile Marker 139, Stephen Lynn Chambers, 73, of Huntsville, was charged with DUI, a lane-law violation, and possession of a legend drug. Both were booked into Campbell County Jail and released.
