Summary: A service member assigned to Fort Sill was struck and killed early Friday morning while traveling on Interstate 44 outside the base, the installation’s public affairs office said. The crash occurred around 5:30 a.m. near exit 41; northbound lanes reopened just after 7:30 a.m. Fort Sill is withholding the person’s identity pending next-of-kin notification.
