Cockpit voice recorder data released by the US National Transportation Safety Board shows an Amazon Air Flight 7598 pilot repeatedly warned of “excessive speed” nearly two minutes before the Boeing 767 freighter overran a Miami runway on 6 September. Five ground workers were killed in the crash.
