Three people were killed and 15 others wounded in gunfire just before midnight ahead of polls opening in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. Police said the shooting began as a dispute over queue position between rival political factions outside a school used as a polling station in the regional capital.
