Summary: The US Navy is reducing its Tomahawk cruise-missile launch capacity as it retires USS Georgia, the first of four Ohio-class guided-missile submarines, which can carry up to 154 Tomahawks. It is also retiring aging Ticonderoga-class cruisers, each built with 122 Mk 41 cells, shrinking long-range strike capacity.
