An INTERPOL-coordinated operation targeting illicit firearms trafficking across 17 countries in Europe and Central Asia ran from 22 June to 5 July. Authorities seized 2,823 small arms and light weapons, nearly 400 grenades and explosives, and more than 40,000 rounds of ammunition; over 152 people were arrested.
