A man was injured in a worksite shooting after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday near Connerton Boulevard and Bella Vita Circle in Land O'Lakes, the Pasco Sheriff's Office said. Deputies said the shooting followed an argument among three men who knew one another; two suspects ran into a wooded area and were quickly taken into custody. Connerton Elementary briefly went on alert during the search.
