A 71-year-old man was fatally struck by a Tesla operating in Full Self-Driving mode while he crossed I-80 in Vallejo around 2:30 a.m. Thursday. The California Highway Patrol said dashcam video showed the car braking and steering left to avoid him before its right front struck him. Authorities believe at least one other vehicle hit the man afterward.
