Slavi Binev, head of the Bulgarian Taekwondo Federation and a vice president of the European Taekwondo Union, was shot dead at his Sofia home on Saturday, police said. Officers received a report of gunfire around 10:30 a.m. and found him dead. Police said three suspects were detained on a highway outside Sofia; an investigation is underway.
