The Logan community gathered on Monday evening for a silent reflection and to pay tribute to Vana-Reese Schuster-Togiatau, 19, who died after being shot in the head and neck in a drive-by attack at Fitzys Loganholme. Three men were also shot when at least six bullets were fired from a car into a crowd outside the hotel.
