An armed man drove through a secure fence at the Citibank Center in Brandon on Wednesday afternoon and fatally shot a woman eating lunch outside, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said. An armed security guard confronted and killed the gunman inside the building. Four other people were reportedly injured.
