Summary: Ukraine’s state rail operator Ukrzaliznytsia said former UK prime minister Boris Johnson and ex-CIA director David Petraeus were on a diplomatic train at Yagodyn station shortly before Russia hit a Warsaw-bound locomotive near the Ukrainian-Polish border.
