Summary: A moviegoer in Los Angeles was arrested after allegedly pepper-spraying another theater attendee who was using a cellphone during the showing of “The Uprising,” police said. Officers were called to the AMC 16 theater in Burbank around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday after witnesses reported hearing the aerosol spray. Matthew Ware, 34, was booked in Burbank Jail and released the following morning.
