Yemeni government reports 1,400 Houthi fighters killed

Yemen's government said its forces carried out more than 2,750 precision strikes over the past 24 hours, claiming more than 1,400 Houthi fighters were “neutralised.” Army spokesperson Colonel Majid al-Nuzaili said the operations targeted high-value military assets deep inside Houthi-held territory. The government said the campaign is part of Operation Dawn of Yemen, announced Sunday to retake territory held by the Houthis.
