Sweetwater man charged in Hyundai vandalism

Madisonville police said a Hyundai Elantra at the Walmart on Highway 411 was painted with fake blood, had part of its front bumper broken off and was damaged near the driver’s door. The car’s driver accused Joshua Weber, who admitted to causing some of the damage, police said.
